Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by NRWY AS. They define the legal relationship between NRWY AS and the Agent / Client for all bookings, travel arrangements, and related services. A binding agreement is formed once these Terms & Conditions have been accepted and the required deposit has been received. By proceeding with a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Scope and Acceptance
NRWY AS operates as a Business-to-Business (B2B) service provider and accepts bookings from travel agencies, travel companies, travel advisors, and tour operators (hereafter referred to as “Agent / Client”).
By confirming a booking, the Agent / Client enters into a binding agreement with NRWY AS and accepts these Terms & Conditions, as well as any applicable supplier terms.
2. Bookings and Payment
All bookings must be submitted in writing and are only valid once confirmed in writing by NRWY AS.
The Agent / Client must provide complete and accurate booking details, including traveler names, travel dates, flight information (if applicable), accommodation preferences, and any special requirements.
A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to confirm any booking. A deposit invoice will be issued upon confirmation.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 45 days prior to arrival. A final invoice will be issued accordingly.
For bookings confirmed within 45 days of arrival, full payment is required immediately.
In the event of delayed or non-payment, NRWY AS reserves the right to treat the booking as cancelled and release all held services without liability.
Payments are accepted via bank transfer in NOK or credit card.
Visa / Mastercard: 2% surcharge. American Express: 4% surcharge.
All prices are quoted in Norwegian Krone (NOK) and are based on current supplier rates, taxes, and operating costs.
NRWY AS reserves the right to adjust prices prior to confirmation due to external factors including currency fluctuations, supplier changes, or government-imposed costs.
Once the final invoice has been issued, prices are fixed, except where increases result from government action or regulatory changes beyond our control.
In certain cases, a higher deposit may be required to secure specific services. Where suppliers impose stricter payment terms, these override the standard deposit requirement and will be communicated at the time of booking.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to hello@nrwy.no. The date of receipt determines the applicable terms.

The deposit is non-refundable in all cases.
Once the final balance has been paid, the full booking amount is non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued for missed services, late arrivals, early departures, or unused portions of the itinerary.
Certain services may be fully non-refundable at the time of booking. Where applicable, these supplier terms override the standard cancellation policy and will be clearly communicated in advance.
In cases of force majeure, NRWY AS will seek to offer alternative arrangements where possible. Refunds are not guaranteed.
4. Service Structure and Supplier Role
NRWY AS designs and coordinates bespoke travel experiences and acts as an intermediary between the Agent / Client and third-party suppliers.
All services are delivered by independent providers, including hotels, transport companies, guides, and activity operators, and are subject to their respective terms.
NRWY AS is not liable for the acts, omissions, or performance of third-party suppliers.
5. Travel Insurance and Liability
All travelers must hold comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, emergency evacuation, repatriation, trip cancellation or interruption, and loss or damage to personal belongings.
NRWY AS is not responsible for losses arising from missed connections, visa issues, airline disruptions, or supplier-related failures.
6. Health, Safety, and Participation
Guests must disclose relevant health conditions, mobility limitations, and special requirements prior to travel.
Some activities take place in remote environments where immediate medical assistance may not be available. Participation is at the guest's own risk.
Operation requires a valid driver's license recognized in Norway.
Drivers must be at least 25 years of age and hold a valid driver's license recognized in Norway. Drivers under 25 may be accepted subject to supplier surcharges and conditions.
7. Inclusions and Exclusions
Only services explicitly listed in the confirmed itinerary are included.
Unless otherwise stated, exclusions include international flights, travel insurance, alcoholic beverages, meals not specified, personal expenses, and gratuities.
8. Itinerary Changes and Guest Substitutions
Name changes may be requested up to 30 days prior to departure, subject to a NOK 1,500 administrative fee and supplier approval.
Changes to confirmed itineraries are not guaranteed and may incur additional costs.
Significant changes may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking, subject to applicable cancellation terms.
9. Operations and On-Trip Conditions
Each traveler may bring up to two medium-sized suitcases. Additional luggage must be communicated in advance and may result in additional costs.
Vehicles are assigned based on group size: 1–2 guests: sedan. 3–4 guests: minivan. 5+ guests: minibus.
Adjustments within agreed timeframes may be made. Additional services may incur costs.
Attractions and services may change without notice. Alternatives will be offered where feasible. This does not constitute grounds for refund.
Services not included in the itinerary must be paid locally by the Agent / Client.
Guide meals are not included unless specified. If invited, the cost is the responsibility of the guest.
10. Damage and Responsibility
Travelers are financially responsible for any damage caused during the journey.
The Agent must ensure that all travelers comply with local laws, safety requirements, and supplier guidelines.
11. Data Protection
NRWY AS complies with GDPR and Norwegian data protection laws.
Personal data is used solely for the purpose of delivering travel services and is shared only with relevant suppliers.
12. Public Holidays and Peak Periods
Services provided on Norwegian public holidays and peak periods may be subject to surcharges due to increased supplier costs and limited availability.
This applies in particular to guiding, transport, and operational staff, as well as certain accommodations depending on supplier policies.
Public holidays include, but are not limited to: New Year's Day, Easter period, Labor Day (May 1), Constitution Day (May 17), Ascension Day, Pentecost, Christmas period, and New Year's Eve.
It is the responsibility of the Agent / Client to be aware of travel dates that may coincide with public holidays.
Any applicable surcharges will be communicated prior to booking confirmation.
13. Travel Documentation and Entry Requirements
The Agent / Client is solely responsible for ensuring that all travelers hold valid passports, visas, and any required entry documentation.
The Agent / Client is responsible for ensuring that all travelers are eligible to enter the destination countries, including compliance with immigration rules, sanctions, or government-imposed restrictions.
NRWY AS is not responsible for denied entry, visa refusal, border restrictions, or travel disruptions resulting from a traveler's nationality or documentation.
If a traveler is unable to travel due to failure to meet entry requirements, the booking will be treated as a cancellation and the applicable cancellation terms will apply.
Travelers may consult official sources such as the Norwegian Directorate of Immigration (UDI): www.udi.no. NRWY AS does not guarantee third-party information.
14. Liability and Force Majeure
NRWY AS is not liable for events beyond its reasonable control, including weather, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.
NRWY AS may modify itineraries where necessary. Any additional costs arising from such changes are the responsibility of the traveler.
NRWY AS shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including delays, missed connections, or loss of enjoyment.
15. Complaints
Complaints must be raised during the trip to allow for resolution.
Formal complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days after the end of the journey.
16. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to treat all non-public, commercial, and operational information as confidential.
Confidential information may only be shared where required to fulfill obligations or by law.
17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Norwegian law.
Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Norway, with Bergen as the agreed venue.
